My Brooklyn Birthday show will be at my home away from home at the Greenhouse Cafe 7717 3rd Ave, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn on Thursday March 5th. I put together a beautiful lineup that starts with my good friend who speaks and sings her mind plainly: Vanessa Lovestone at 8:30pm. Then is the return of my new project Free World that includes me and my 2 other songwriting buddies: Mike Mc Hugh and Brooklyn Tim at 9pm. We’ve just added bassist Bobby Talamo and have Ron Bongo on percussion. It’s fun collaboration with a different feel from my Don Turner Band. And then at 9:30 ready to rock it out for my birthday will be my Don Turner Band! Featuring: Don Turner: Vocals and Guitar, Rick Eckerle: Lap Steel Guitar, Mandolin & Guitar, Charles Caloia: Bass, Ron Bongo: Percussion, John Kosciusko: Cajuns.
