Finally out there playing live again and doing my annual Birthday Bash at Gold Sounds Bar 44 Wilson Ave, in Bushwick Brooklyn!
Been rehearsing my little tushy off getting ready for this show. We’ve been revving up to really rock the house down! I’ve lined up the usual suspects and added a few more with Rick Eckerle on Lap Steel Guitar, Ron Bongo on Percussion, Dee Who on Bass and Jeff Hall on Drums. Playing all your favorite Don Turner songs, plus a few new ones.
Please come early to see my friend Paul Decoster’s set at 7pm, see my set at 8pm and then stay to see my buddy Dee Who do his own set at 9pm. Yes, it will be a virtual Don Turner sandwich! So please join us and help me celebrate my birthday in the best way that I can….. rockin’ out and playing my music live for all of you!
